“We started conversations with NDIS Property Australia ( NDIS PA ) around May of 2024. I initially came across NDIS PA after searching through podcasts to become further informed about SDA Building and found Minh Lee and Debbie Kindness’s SDA Housing Podcast.
The podcast itself is a wealth of information and I learned a lot from all the varying topics discussed and more importantly to be aware of pitfalls and to ensure you are well informed with the right people.
After an initial zoom meeting with Debbie and Minh we engaged their Feasibility Service for our site in Girrawheen, Perth, WA.
The feasibility study was comprehensive, looking at the shape and size of our site and the many options we could do for SDA. We ended up with over 10 SDA options with each category having a summary, tenancy mix, yield feasibility, SWOT analysis and conclusion.
